1. Final Sale Policy

  • All sales are final
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

2. Product Condition & Disclosure

  • Products sold by Icon Mart Canada are liquidation, surplus, or wholesale items.
  • Customers acknowledge and accept that products may include up to 10% wear, tear, cosmetic damage, missing packaging, or minor defects.
  • Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only and may not represent every individual unit.
  • Icon Mart Canada does not guarantee resale value, manufacturer warranty, or product lifespan.

3. Pickup Policy

  • Pickup is by appointment only.
  • Appointments must be scheduled through the customer portal at the selected available time.
  • Walk-ins are not permitted.

  • Barrie, Ontario, Canada

Vehicle Requirements

  • The pickup vehicle must be dock-level.
  • Vehicles that are not dock-level may be refused pickup.
  • The customer is fully responsible for ensuring proper transportation and securing the load.

Failure to comply with pickup requirements may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.

4. Delivery Option

  • Delivery is available within 150 km of Barrie, Ontario.
  • Flat delivery fee: CAD $200
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Icon Mart Canada is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Risk & Ownership Transfer

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer:
    • At the time of pickup, or
    • At the time of delivery completion.
  • Icon Mart Canada is not responsible for damage occurring after transfer of ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Icon Mart Canada shall not be liable for:
    • Loss of profits
    • Business interruption
    • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the order.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Icon Mart Canada reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Delivery Terms

Icon Mart Canada

1. Delivery Coverage

  • Delivery is offered within 150 kilometers of Barrie, Ontario only.
  • Deliveries outside this range are not available.

2. Delivery Fee

  • Flat rate delivery charge: CAD $200
  • Fee is non-refundable once delivery is scheduled.

3. Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery is curbside or dock-level only.
  • Customers must ensure access is clear and suitable for unloading.
  • Failed deliveries due to access issues are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delivery Acceptance

  • The customer must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be noted immediately.
  • No claims will be accepted after delivery is completed.

5. No Returns on Delivered Goods

All delivered items remain final sale, regardless of condition.
